BPU COVID REPORT

What is considered a "close contact"?

• Were you within 6 feet of an infected person?
• Were you with the person for a total of 15 minutes or more?
• Were you with the individual 2 days prior to illness onset or test specimen collection?

If you answered YES to these questions, please contact Deb Baker RN or Ericka Blyther RN for further instructions.

If Yes...The Next Steps

• Quarantine for 10 days regardless if you have symptoms or not
• On day 11 you can test at the Carr Hall Testing Center
• You may return to campus once you have received a negative test result.

Decrease the spread:

1. Be in a well-ventilated space
2. Sanitize surfaces often
3. Remain 6 feet apart from others
4. Wear a mask covering your nose and mouth in public
