Christian Benavides, PhD, BCBA-D®, LABA

Dr. Benavides began his career providing in home services near his home in Queens, New York. He received his doctorate in Psychology within the Learning Processes program at Queens College in 2007. Since moving to Massachusetts in 2008, Dr. Benavides has also earned BCBA-D certification and has become a Massachusetts State Licensed Behavior Analyst. Dr. Benavides has participated in research on task interspersal, functional analysis, staff training, and communication training using an electronic device. He has developed skills and training curriculum for a number of agencies providing ABA-based services, most recently founding his own company in 2019. Dr. Benavides has taught courses in ABA principles, Applied Statistics, Experimental Psychology, and ABA Interventions.
