Crystal Senter-Brown, MS
Crystal Senter-Brown has worked in the nonprofit industry for more than 18 years, including 15 years with the American Cancer Society and three years with the Urban League. She is skilled in volunteer recruitment and retention, and is passionate about connecting volunteers with the opportunity that best fits them.
She holds an MS from Bay Path University in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy.
She has received several community awards including a fellowship in poetry from the Massachusetts Cultural Council; the Bay Path College Pathfinder award; and the Harold Grinspoon Spirit Award for her children's book Gabby Saturday.
She is also the founder of the Ella Louise Backpack Project which has provided backpacks and school supplies to homeless children in the Springfield, Massachusetts area since 2007.
She is the author of six books:

- Gabby Saturday, and
- The Rhythm in Blue, which will be released as a film in early 2017
Crystal is also a Notary Public and a Justice of the Peace. She is married to a BBQ Pit Master and has one son who is a world-renowned music producer.
