Darren Kasai, FACHE, FACHCA, MHA, MA

Darren has 18 years of healthcare administration experience and have served in various leadership positions at acute-care, ambulatory care, and long-term care facilities. He currently serves as a Senior Director, Clinic Operations & Ambulatory Surgical Center Administrator for Kaiser Permanente. Darren holds the rank of Commander in the US Navy Reserve and serves as a health care administrator and a medical planner. He earned the “Executive Medicine” designation and maintains Fellow status in the American College of Healthcare Executives and Fellow status in the American College of Health Care Administrators.

His most meaningful experience in the military was serving at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (Level 1 Trauma Center) in Germany responsible for the medical treatment of US and coalition service members injured while serving in the US Central Command area of operation (Afghanistan, Iraq, and Horn of Africa).
