Dr. Spangenburg is the CEO/principal consultant of Paradox Professional Consulting which is a management consulting practice specializing in education and government. Dr. Spangenburg has worked for over several decades in academia. This includes being a chair of 55 faculty, where she led, guided and administered raises, discipline and rewards. Dr. Spangenburg has additionally held many roles in academia on all levels. Dr. Spangenburg currently mentors and chairs and teaches on all levels of academia. Dr. Spangenburg is extensively published in the areas of management and leadership. She presents locally to the chamber of commerce and at conferences and does several reviews for the Academy of Management each year.
