Katie Hibert, MS, RD, LDN

Katie graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and minor in Nutrition and Food Sciences. During her undergraduate work she learned about the journey food takes from plants or animals to our kitchen tables, and how this can impact human health. Katie earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Boston University and completed her dietetic internship in 2017.

Katie has worked as an outpatient dietitian, addressing various patient needs from weight management to nutrition during pregnancy to gastrointestinal conditions. She has also worked as an inpatient dietitian in the hospital setting, and a research assistant conducting research studies about health behaviors.

Katie’s passion is to support and empower people through empathetic and judgment-free nutrition counseling. She believes that everyone can achieve a peaceful and fulfilling relationship with food and their bodies.
