Lisa Dicker, JD

Lisa Dicker is an adjunct faculty member for Bay Path’s Master of Science in Leadership and Negotiation. Currently based in Amman, Jordan, she is a member of Public International Law & Policy Group’s Syria Negotiation Support Team, providing the Syrian Opposition with strategic advising and technical legal and policy counsel in support of ongoing peace negotiations. Lisa has served on teaching teams for Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop, Harvard University’s Program on Negotiation’s executive education courses, and independent programs.

Lisa has worked on legal, conflict and dispute resolution, and dispute systems design issues in China, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Syria, Tanzania, and the United States on diverse topics including, judge-facilitated plea negotiations, negotiating the disarmament and repatriation of individual militants. She is also a dedicated volunteer crisis counsel with Crisis Text Line. In addition to practitioner work and teaching, her research and academic work focuses on crisis, alternative dispute resolution, and peace processes.

Lisa received her JD from Harvard Law School and her BA from the University of Tennessee.
