Marina has been teaching adult learners since 2011. She earned her Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Management and has taught online courses for various universities throughout the years. Some of the courses she has taught include, Organizational Development and Change, Professional Writing, Technical Writing, Introduction to Social Media, etc.

Marina developed content (serving as a SME) for courses such as Communicating in Business, Strategic Management and Policy, and Dynamics in Management. She is also involved with instructional design and builds various professional development courses.

Marina is passionate about the field of education and a lifelong learner. She likes to make learning fun, interactive, and allow students to express their creativity through critical thinking, tools, and collaboration with others.

In her free time, she likes to do volunteer work. Throughout the year, especially during the holidays, you can find her helping out at a local food pantry or other nonprofits that help feed the homeless. Giving back to her community helps her feel connected and gives her a sense of fulfillment.
