Mary T. Bania has had the pleasure of working with individuals with various disabilities for over 20 years as a Behavior Analyst, special education teacher, behavioral and educational consultant, parent trainer, social skills director and job coach.  She obtained her Masters of Science degree in Behavioral Education in October of 2006, her national certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® in December of 2006, and her Behavior Analyst Licensure in January of 2016.

Mary’s specialty is working with individuals with behavioral, emotional and social challenges. She greatly enjoys providing training in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and supervising graduate students in their journey to becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts®.
