Michele Salvadore, RN, BSN, M. Ed
Michele has been a nurse for 22 years and has worked in trauma, pediatrics and school nursing. She has always found the teaching aspect of nursing enjoyable and was pleased to share that enthusiasm with Bay Path students beginning in 2012.
Michele began teaching health science courses at the Central Mass Campus and currently teaches health science, community health and Women as Empowered Leaders and Learners courses online. She enjoys making connections with the students and admires the drive and persistence of Bay Path's adult learners.
In 2017, Michele began working as a subject matter expert to develop course content for the new community health program as part of a team at Bay Path University. Michele believes in lifelong learning and has a goal to learn a new skill each year. This year, she is enrolled in Bay Path's Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching Program and will complete the certificate in August 2019.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys being a soccer mom, hiking, knitting, gardening and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Joe, also an adjunct professor at Bay Path, and her three children.
