Renee Murray, MBA (Healthcare Administration)

Renee is a Boston People & Change Practice Leader for Centric Consulting. She has 15+ years of experience working with leaders at all levels related to change and program management, digital transformation and organizational design. She has designed and led large scale business and technology transformations in life sciences, insurance, government, financial services, healthcare (hospitals, provider, and payer), academia, travel, and utilities. She has developed, lead and implemented large scale people and project strategies for ERP, EMR, HR, M&A, and financial system implementations, and facilitated organizational redesigns. As a Boston People & Change Practice Lead, she partners with Centric team members and our clients to deliver People & Change initiatives that lead to long-term sustainable results.
