Tamalie Cole-Poklewski, DNP, MS, RN

Ms. Cole-Poklewski has more than thirty-five years of professional nursing experience in various clinical and non-clinical positions, including medical/surgical and critical care nursing, nursing management, case management, nursing management, medical peer review, risk management, and organizational performance improvement. In addition, she completed the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Improvement Advisor (IA) training. Her motivation and professional goals focus on improving the lives of children through the application of ongoing performance improvement with front-line clinicians.
