This is an online associate's degree and bachelor's degree program. As an Early Childhood Leadership major at The American Women's College, you will:
*Learn the psychology of early childhood development—behavior, personality, and cognitive growth
*Study current methods and approaches to teaching, including planning, classroom management techniques and the Massachusetts
*Be prepared to work with special needs children, helping them integrate into a learning setting
*Receive MTEL Preparation support
*Become prepared to work in community-based programs, classroom environments, or daycare settings, supporting other educators in positively impacting the lives of children.
