BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS

As a major in Hospitality Management, students will be educated in lodging, tourism, travel, and the food and beverage/restaurant industries. Students will also receive a liberal arts core that will help to promote critical thinking, collaboration and teamwork, written and oral communication skills, and analytic abilities. Finally, students will gain a knowledge of finance, marketing and business management.

Students will learn and explore key industry concepts such as:

• Financial analysis and business negotiations
• Effective communication skills for a variety of audiences
• Design and execution strategies
• Hospitality law and food law and regulations
