The Nonprofit Management program prepares graduates for strong employment and gives them the opportunity to fulfill their interest in aligning work with personal values and a sense of mission. There is an increased need for excelling management and leadership in this field. Nonprofits are increasingly looking for college graduates who understand all aspects of leadership development, learning and innovation.

This major provides students with skills and competencies to move into entry-level roles in the nonprofit sector by requiring five courses specifically geared to understanding how this sector differs from the private and public sectors and to key employment categories within nonprofit organizations.
