You're accepted! Follow these steps to join the Wildcat Family!
Pay your deposit online through PayPal.
Complete your "Intent to Enroll" form sent in your acceptance email
Activate your "My Bay Path" Portal account.
Submit any college credit you have completed through official transcripts and/or score reports to the Admissions Office (i.e. Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment, CLEP, International Baccalaureate).
Please Note: Deposits from new, incoming students who choose not to attend the University are fully refundable prior to June 1 (for fall entrants) and November 1 (for spring entrants) of the upcoming academic year, by submitting a written request to Student Financial Services.

Financial Aid
Apply for an FSA ID for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Please note, a separate FSA ID is required for both student and parent.
Complete and file the FAFSA online as soon as possible after October 1. Select Bay Path University's school code, #002122.
Receive financial aid award.
Review award letter and contact Student Financial Services with questions.
Accept award online.
Tuition
All Health Forms, including COVID and Booster Proof of Vaccinations
Health Services requires all students who are taking courses at one of our campus locations to upload and enter all required health documentation into the Student Health Portal.
Log into the My Bay Path Portal.
On the Welcome Page, click on "Student Health Portal - Medicat". See our step by step instructions here .
Submit the required forms (More information about what forms are required are on the Medicat welcome page). Please upload COVID and booster shot proof of vaccinations via the portal.
Student-Athletes have received separate notification of forms that they must submit.

Complete your Roommate Survey
Once you deposit you will receive housing information (roommate survey and lease agreement to complete and return).
Spring Entry - Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in January.
Fall Entry - Expect to receive housing assignments (dorm and roommate information) in August .
Roommate Requests:
If you and another incoming student would like to be roommates please email residencelife@baypath.edu (both parties need to send an email stating they are in agreement to live with one another).
Spring Entry - Roommate request deadline is December 31 .
Fall Entry - Roommate request deadline is July 31 .
Complete BPU099 - our Online New Student Orientation
Soon after your deposit with us, you will be registered and invited to our New Student Orientation course called BPU099 via Bay Path’s learning management system called Canvas. To navigate here, please log into your "My Bay Path" Portal , go to your Welcome screen, and then click on Canvas. You will be asked to accept your first-course invitation at Bay Path; BPU099 New Student Orientation.
Submit your Official Transcripts
First Year Students: We need your final official high school transcript and college transcripts for any college credit you earned while in high school. We will also need score reports for the following: Advanced Placement, Dual Enrollment, CLEP, International Baccalaureate (if they apply to you).
Transfer Students : We need official college transcripts from ALL colleges you have attended. Official high school transcripts are only needed if you have not received your associates degree.
Schedule your Virtual Advising Appointment to Register for Courses
Beginning in May, our professional advising team will set up virtual, one-on-one advising consultation appointments with you where you will learn about the advising tools and resources at Bay Path, your major and core curriculum requirements, and register for your classes. Prior to your virtual advising consultation with your Academic Advisor & Success Coach, please complete our Advising Questionnaire . This questionnaire is one of the first tools your Advisor uses to get to know you and understand your individual needs, interests, and goals. (Spring semester students do not need to complete this form.)

Parking Registration
Parking registration forms will be sent to you through email and will be available on the My Bay Path Portal under campus resources. If you have any questions please contact Campus Public Safety at 413.565.1224.
Residential Students: Complete application and submit $300 fee
Commuter Students: Complete application (no fee)
