Fitness Center

The Breck Fitness Center is equipped with everything you need for a great workout including cardio equipment, strength training machines, free weights, and a boxing speed bag and heavy bag. In addition to our equipment, we have a personal trainer to help you get acquainted with the equipment and make sure you get the most out of your workout.


Fitness Center Hours: 

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.


How to Join:

All faculty, staff, students and alumni are welcome to join the fitness center free of charge. To join, you must complete the required fitness center paperwork and submit it to the front desk staff to get your key tag. Click here for the fitness center enrollment form. 


Personal Training:

Schedule an appointment with our personal trainer to develop your fitness goals and a personalized workout routine customized to you. Personal training is free and open to all members of the fitness center. 

Personal Training Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Call or stop by the front desk to schedule your personal training appointment. We can work around your schedule, so make your first appointment today!
