Victoria Rodriguez  '12 G'17 is an experienced legal professional, dedicated community leader, equity advocate and life-long resident of Springfield, Massachusetts. Earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and Masters of Science in Leadership and Negotiation from Bay Path University, Victoria has many years of experience in the legal field within both private and corporate sectors. With a Paralegal certificate approved by the American Bar Association, Victoria is currently working as a Senior Paralegal at MassMutual. Her legal expertise includes litigation, personal injury, social security disability and family law. An experience that holds highly impactful for Victoria was her work in the Hampden County District Court system as a Victim Witness Advocate in the Domestic Violence Unit. This is where her passion for law and advocacy for women and girls grew strong.

Victoria blends her passion for law and women and girl’s advocacy by being actively involved in her local professional community, serving as the Vice President of the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association, Board member for the YWCA of Western Massachusetts, mentor for Girls Inc. of the Valley and supporter of Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts.

In her local community, Victoria served 7 years on the Springfield Puerto Rican Parade Committee, including 4 years as Chair. Being a proud Latina, this experience holds extremely important to her as she serves her community while honoring her culture and heritage.

Victoria also holds a Real Estate license where she works to help members of her community find their dream home. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2021, Victoria was honored and thrilled to be named one of BusinessWest’s 40 under 40. Most recently, Victoria has broadened her career journey, serving as an Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University teaching multiple courses in the Legal Studies/Social Justice Department, which she loves.
