In 2013, we launched The American Women’s College at Bay Path University, the only not-for-profit online program exclusively for women in the country. What makes The American Women's College so revolutionary is its SOUL: Social Online Universal Learning, a ground breaking, digitally-enhanced learning model that provides us with data-driven intervention strategies to help mitigate gaps.

A leadership team from The American Women’s College, the online division of Bay Path University designed for adult women pursuing bachelor’s degrees, has been recognized for developing innovative strategies that support adjunct faculty and the students they teach.

The American Women's College at Bay Path University awarded $1.6M grant from Strada Education Network to help low- income working women earn degrees in cybersecurity and technology, qualifying them for higher- paying, in-demand jobs.

The American Women’s College at Bay Path University earns 2018 OLC Digital Learning Innovation Award. The American Women’s College was selected from more than 60 digital courseware initiatives in the Online Learning Consortium’s annual #DLIAward competition.

Educause, a nonprofit association focused on advancing higher education through the use of information technology, publishes article ‘Journey to Adaptive Learning at The American Women’s College’ written by staff members Jeremy Anderson and Heather Bushey.

The American Women’s College is selected to present SOUL during ‘Lightning Round’ session at the White House Complex, and Bay Path’s President, Dr. Carol Leary is one of two college Presidents invited to be on a panel during the First in the World (FITW) Annual Project Directors’ Meeting.

The American Women’s College is one of three institutions to receive the first-ever 2016 Digital Learning Innovation Award (DLIA), funded by a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Success Program and administered through the Online Learning Consortium.

Bay Path is invited with exclusive selection of senior higher education leaders in education to forums hosted by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Postsecondary Success Program: Interaction Effect 2015 (September, 2015) and the U.S. Education Learning Forum.

SOUL is shortlisted for Reimagine Education Awards hosted at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bay Path is one of only 24 US institutions to receive a prestigious Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) grant from the US Dept. of Education. This grant helps develop and launch SOUL.
